Goes to show luck is kinda over hyped it's an RNG stat like dodge where u need to max it

Max base on what? We all know dodge have cap, but luck? 200 luck and the probability you got tier 1 scissor waves 15 still there.

A cool item would be like a moving platform that would consider you standing even when you move but reduses movement by 40%
