This is great. Actual information from a pro on how to ride an Alpha plus a reminder not to get hung up on brand. Just give it heaps with your mates on any rig that moves. I would love to see all these great riders from Cat, Pol and Doo get together and shoot the shit, ride each other’s sleds and get in trouble.

Finally a pro rider that says the sport is too expensive. He is absolutely right about what the sport has turned into. If you don't ride or wear a certain brand then your doing something wrong.

The last bit of the clip when he talks about life, well said man. I don't play video games or face book or any with a computer... Who needs to show off? It's about having fun. Can't wait to get my snowmobile. Need someone to ride with...

I appreciate your level of honesty and kickassery. Not often you hear a sponsored athlete say it how it is. I like the fact you don’t require knee pads and hash tags to get your point across. Thanks.

in my mid forties, been riding since my earlie twenties. Started out on a 99 ac 440, then a sumitt x 670, 06 ac m7 with twin pipes & big bore. Now I'm on a 09 m8 turbo. Sledding ain't cheap and if your not breaking stuff you ain't riding hard enough. Nice thing with all these new sleds is people offloading there used ones for cheap. My point being you don't need a brand new sledd if your new at sledding. Rip Rob!

to expensive, and its just a huge commercial, havent heard a bad thing about any sled brand from any magazine, its kinda like the mid top gear series were the car company who paid the most got the best reviews. polaris is dominating the smile and wave industry right now, and it shows, never seen any sled, not even turbo ones break down, but in the real world and among friend/ colleagues/ family their new sleds break down all the time, its like you are buying something that isnt even finnished cause it is so rushed.

Maybe after the COVID-19 mess clears the snowmobile industry will have a chance to rethink it, focus back on the average person again. Like Ski-Doo originally created snowmobiles to be - just to have fun in the snow, recreational fun.

4k for a set of fox shocks? Dan Adams Chris Burhant and all the sponsored pros say this is the first upgrade? I'm sure they are nice, but 1/3 of the entire cost of a new sled? These guys don't pay for any of it. It's the person's skills not the equipment. Expensive shit is nice not necessary.
