S/O to Shuudeni Pallhus for touching on car accidents that are due to depression, it's a real thing☹. Let me start of by saying that depression is not the opposite of happiness, it's rather the vitality to not feel the importance of being alive, It doesn't care whether you are rich or poor , white or black it attacks everyone. It's not the easiest thing to deal with, we can however curb this invisible enemy by being nice to one another in society, Social media etc and also talking to social workers about our issues, let's normalise that first!
