(My opinion) This is about a sick younger sibling who used to stay with his bigger brother. Seemingly, the cohabitation was not too nice. The older brother didn't care for his younger sibling nor showed him love. The younger brother finally tells him that he is leaving the place, he'd rather go and die at his parent's house. Listening to the flow of the lyrics, the older brother begs him to stay but the younger brother refuses to stay (Ndiyeke phela), telling him that there is no need to stay as the big brother shows less care than neccesary. Ultimately, the younger siblings leaves his big brother's house and goes to their parent's house where he would supposedly get love from and be taken care of. Upon arriving home, he is so everwhelmed by his parent's love that he feels the need to take a phone and call his bigger brother asking him to come home as well (we all know, there is no better place than home). He doesn't just call him, he writes letters too asking him to come back home, but the bigger brother refuses to reply to any of those. You are welcome... ^^,)
