THE SOLO PLAYER EXPERIENCE on Official DAYZ

Hey everyone!

I certainly think I could have kept this life going if I really wanted to, but this life had been going on for multiple streams. We were also almost as geared as we could be and I was ready to start fresh again. I started exposing myself a lot at the end of this life to try to engage with other players. Also making this life a three part series was a bit of an experiment, I don't know if I will make as many parts for videos in the future.
Any feedback or tips on editing is much appreciated, as I am always trying to improve!

I loved that life! I am really glad you did end up being able to spare someone as well. I am hoping to see a lot more of you though. Might even go ahead and check out your streams. Can you give me some tipps on your video quality too? I try to create content but it does not look half as good. I use shadow play and Premiere Pro. Also, your thumbnails are great.

Glad you enjoy the content man! I use OBS to record my gameplay and it took some experimenting with the settings to get good quality footage. My current settings for recording are: Format: mkv Encoder: x264 Rate control: CRF CRF: 14 Keyframe interval: 1s CPU usage preset: veryfast Profile: None Tune: None That is what I use in OBS but I’ve never used shadowplay. I don’t know if those are the best settings but it’s worked well for my PC. Hope that helps!

@@TheRealZedMed I might give it a try. I think my main issue comes with the rendering. The recordings are fine but once it is rendered, it is not. I binge watch your stuff at the moment as well, lol. Thanks for the tipps too.

how did you find svd at pavlovo gas zone, or did you find it at a heli crash???

I found it at a heli crash but lost that part of the recording. You can see it on one of the streams though. Also not much happened at Pavlovo so I left that part out. Thanks for watching!

i would say yes mid to late game. i have probably 1200 hours in and just recently put in a base in the woods. ive been too nervous to get cars because of no safe place to store.
