It was the coming out of invis before emp most sombras come out of invis with emp so I can see the confusion although I never had this happen to me as a Reinhardt main it’s and easy mistake to make

Flats told Fitzy it was the translocator throw, but it's hard to confuse that with EMP imo - her arm extends up on the throw, her arms cross over her chest on the EMP. I'm pretty sure it was the invis/"detected" coloration plus the fact Fitzy was jumping back towards the payload, which might have looked like that jump she does for EMP.
