I havent watched the show but she said he hated her during that period. So if she would have mentioned it he would have tried to get her to abort it. Like you said it takes 2 people to make a baby so if SHE wants to keep the baby she should be able to. So instead of causing all that stress and etc especially when she was pregnant at the tome as well she just never said anything and considered it something that was in the past. She never asked him for any assistance for the child either so it wouldnt get chaotic between the 2

There is RH Factor and other factors not a part of DNA, necessarily, that play a part. The mother may develop antibodies to the father's blood which makes her unable to sustain the child. There have been instances where the father is HIV positive and doesn't pass it to the child. Who knows why? Some blood factors between parents are not compatible. Just knowing the type is not enough. Why can some family members donate organs and some can't but a stranger can? Why does Hemophilia only pass through the mothers? Anybody?
