Your FREEEEEEEEEDOM is not now, nor was it ever under threat of foreign invasion. You are in between two oceans. You are quite safe. You flew half way around the world and took over two countries at the same time. Yet the most evil place on Earth, Cuba, still exists. You have enough paratroopers to jump into and eat Cuba. Yet, it is still there? Cuba is still there because your owners need Cuba to scare you from making a Resturant pay a waitress a decent wage. The FREEDOM that they peddle you is to keep you from unionising and being paid a decent wage for a decent day's work.

The reference to blood on the risers stems from the design of the original parachute, the T4. The canopy fully deployed before the risers so the jumper was freefalling before being violently snapped to a hover, with the risers leaving bloody marks on the neck and equipment also detaching itself. The British parachute worked the opposite, the the risers were fully extended before the canopy, which resulted in a much gentler deceleration. At least that is how I understand it.

I think about those boys on D-day and the ones in Iwo Jima and the ones all over the world who were fighting true evil. The ones lost. The honor and glory they brought themselves and this great nation. Then i think about the ugly politicians and contract corporations who reared their ugly heads after the war and played on the emotion brought about from the horrors of ww2 and how they used that to not better the country or American lives but to fatten their wallets. Im not sure if we'll ever fight another war so understandable and honorable as ww2.

I just told this by someone else, depression and despair, is for people who have nothing left to do to make it better. We have a lot of work to do we can't afford to be depressed we can't afford to be worried, Scaired of dying? Hell every time we blink our eyes we know deep inside there's not even One guaranteed chance, for it to happen again, "unless" it's supposed to. I lived a free life until now so I got a lot to pay back that which God and our forefathers Blessed us with this Nation created with blood sweat tears and many met horrable ends for America to remain Free. I served for Our families and to earn Honor "not gold" with my Oath of enlistment it was my Word of Honor and when I raised my hand to Protect Our Constitution against all foes To protect Our Peoples bit let admit I was nervous for the seriousness of the Oath and worried because I'd read and it worded it out and understood. I knew I was serving for all us and freedom for all Americans and teaching by doing and hope they always choose Right over Wrong. Please Stand up for decency, caring, and a hand up when it's needed, for any and all humanity. We must demand the congressman and senators federal and state governors president stand up for our constitution once it falls once Trump can take away our vote we have no voice and we have no rights in our own government. If you're not worried or scared then You never seen what dictators do overseas.
