The ZVE10 II is excelent for the beginners with its updated menu, touchscreen functions, battery life, and autofocus. The touchscreen control + Creator app is worth the money over the original ZVE10 for me. Price difference between it and the a6700 would be a deciding factor, and in some market the a6700 is much more expensive ($1400 to $1000) which is a 40% increase in price.

Using Fuji XT 200 for last 3 years and its colour science is amazing. It comes with evf and Fuji modes . 4k 30 fps is better as it's downscaled from 6 k and that's worth considering. Price is less too.
