Actually Chris is being the dick here, There was nothing in Chris's Actions to admire, After all someone takes a gun out and starts demanding you to do something against your will - to me it makes perfect sense to do what he says at the end of the day Vito had a good relationship with the person who worked at the store but he shouldn't have responded to Chris in the way, Chris is a real bully and it's best not to fight fire with fire because someone will get burned, What he should have done is served Chris first and then Vito and then give him a little extra as a sort of apology that way he would have maintained good business relationships and may have become a friend with Chris
