From Wikipedia: "Tony affectionately refers to Christopher as his 'nephew,' but he is actually a first cousin once removed of Tony's wife Carmela (Carmela's father Hugh and Chris's grandmother Lena were brother and sister)."

The actor playing Christopher wrote this episode. His first of several episodes he will write in this series.

"Davey... You're doing a good job!" Yeah, at ruining your own life, you are. Never has a more misdirected attempt at encouragement been uttered, I think. Tony's line that David will be 'free to do whatever he wants' shows Tony's lack of empathy and inability to put himself in another person's place - he can't understand that David's life as he knows it will be over at that point. No wife, no home, estranged from his own son - everything he has will be gone. A gangster like Tony might be ready to pull up his stakes and take off as soon as his fortunes run out, but that's not how regular, normal people work. +10 for the Imperial March, by the way. That's one very oddball Sith Lord! ell oh ell :) Btw, Janice, doing her usual scheming thing, Richie, being his true self. Two very odd birds making an epic couple. More to come on this front, you'll love it! :D

13:30 I genuinely waited for your reaction to Paulie's superstitious bs & it was well worth the wait. 😂

A venial sin is considered minor in nature; a mortal sin is one that can't be forgiven unless the sinner repents what he's done.

and neither are real (: both are religious fearmongering to keep you all controlled and obedient meat puppets

it’s all about using the heart&brain He gave us and to do our best to be kind to all kind, experience learn&grow to do&be the best we can. NOT “obey and don’t question, you sinner, or He who created us and knows, loves, understands, accepts us all WILL judge you for not being perfect and sentence you to hell for eternity.” that’s cult bullshit not reality. Come on now.

great vid as always and that music when Livia was coming down was perfect 😂 except he’s got more of a reason to be like that that she does

No other show has such consistently well written dialogue like The Sopranos. Maybe season 1 or season 3 of Game of Thrones. MAYBE lol

From Where to Eternity is a great episode, but there are two even better ones still to come this season. BTW Bogdanovich made a great film in 1970 called The Last Picture Show. It's likely not too good for a reaction, but it's really worth watching if you have a chance.

you’re the second person today (new reactions to this) that’s remarked Meadow hasn’t been around right before she showed up 😂 and sorry about the no money 😆

You have to watch the Many Saints of Newark it gives you background info about Chris's dad.

yah but it’s also total bullshit so just as long as someone remembers it’s totally fictional and not how it was or worked in real life…
