Mr Ruggerio`s neighborhood is a play on Mr Roger's neighborhood. You might not be familiar with the TV show its from a thousand years ago when I was a kid. A few of the episode titles make these kind of references. Not super important but fun did you knows.

So just to be clear: Silvio is now officially consigliere (advisor and 2nd in command), and Paulie is now Underboss (3rd in command)

Consiligere is actually more like 3rd in command as the Underboss usually takes over if something happens to the boss. But you're right that the consiligiere can often rise to boss afterwards. Usually they stay in their position unless the new boss wants a change.

@@CoryGasaway yes I'm aware, but remember this isn't official; Junior is still officially boss, which makes Tony Underboss and Sil 3rd in command. Paulie is the unofficial Underboss, so he is 3rd

Patsy is a small timer. Not involved in decisions so flipping him won't get you Tony. He's not going to speak directly to Tony about things. That's why Tony promoted Paulie and Syl. He talks to them, and Chistopher and only them and they give all orders to everyone else. That way Tony is protected. Only if one of them flips can anything be linked to him.

@@masokotanga7356 problem is he's not blood, not that Chris is either but thats the way Tony sees him. He thinks he'd be less likely to rat because of that link. Tony isn't using Chris because he's smart. He's literally using him as a buffer so Chris will go to jail not himself.

Patsy Parisi just knows it was Gigi who killed his brother on Tony's order because Gigi was part of Junior's crew, and he realizes Gigi turned on them for a bump up in the family and to move over with Tony. Otherwise, Gigi would most likely be dead too along with the others who were killed like Mikey, Chuckle, Philly Parisi. Plus, usually they hire someone who could get close to someone when they whack them. And while Junior's whole crew was hiding from Tony, Philly Parisi would have trusted Gigi since he would also be hiding, so Gigi was able to get close to him to shoot him based on that trust.

I find it weird how the FBI agents seem so strict about following the rules. only listening for 40 seconds at a time, taking breaks. Like.. if they just constantly listening 24/7 who would ever find out?
