@@The_OneManCrowd Well, yea, he was overweight for sure. But from everything I've read, it was years of drug abuse that weakened his heart and was in great part the cause of his heart disease. Even though no drugs were found in his system by the coroner in Italy meaning they weren't the IMMEDIATE cause of his heart attack, they were a contributing factor which eventually led up to it.

@@supersaiyanzero386 No, it was the uncle bens rice. I'll explain why. Tony's first hit was a guy named Willie "Overall" and he was a bookie. During the flashback we see, Willie "Overall" looks extremely, extremely similar to Uncle Ben from the rice box, and I'm not even joking, he is almost identical. It's heavily implied during that episode that Tony is still haunted by his first kill, and seeing the rice box and uncle ben on the rice caused that trauma to resurface and he fainted. The Gabagool was another thing that contributed to the attack, but it was not the sole reason.

I had a dream about that scene this morning, they were arguing and the scene splits off into parallel timestreams, one where they argue but Tony loses control of the conversation and gets frustrated, one where the kid just remains calm and talks Tony down some before he leaves. Then it turns out Meadow was gay anyway and she leaves in a taxi wearing '80s clothes like a beret and stuff.
