Sorghum syrup taste better than maple syrup. Add melted butter to jazz it up. My mother lived most of her life in Tennessee who I met in 1974. Sorghum syrup was on the kitchen table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Put it on toast, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, bread, whatever. I'm mainly Californian and just received an online order of Muddy Pond Sorghum Mill pure Sorghum made in Tennessee. My family loves it. Brings back that memory of 1974. 😋

I can't digest wheat, quinoa or rice. Sorghum flour is the only thing I can make in to bread or even a cracker. All food is a gift. Bless this farmer and all those who grow what we need. All of us.
