Thanks Brother. Several years ago I was part of the IFB movement and the "Pastor" rebuked me for not coming out for visitation . I told him that I was working those nights but That was able to go to a couple different nursing homes every week. ( I would go sing and teach from the Bible, try to encourage the people and share the gospel) He told me that was not the same as going out with them . (TRUE) but he meant it as a negative thing. He told me being a leader in the 'CHURCH' I need to show up, even though I had to work to provide for my family. I am glad God revealed the errors in the Church building movement. God used your teaching to help me see these things and caused me to study this out .I am free from that type pressure now. I now serve the Lord with gladness not out of duty. ( BIG DIFFERENCE) THANKS AGAIN

Interestingly, I actually got led to the Lord by a lost man here on KZbin named Richie from Boston, God used a lost man to plant a seed - Long story short, I was going through a tough time in my life and I watched one of his "truth" videos about "chemtrails are killing us," but towards the end of the video, he mentioned one phrase, he said to get the *"Armor of God"* . I've never heard of that before and I looked more into it and found it was a phrase from the Bible, it led me to repentance. Strange thing is, before that, some lady gave my mother a King James Bible at the mall... It's amazing how God had everything lined up for me, praise the Lord!!!

thank you Lord Jesus Christ for using brother bryan. i have been feeling pretty down about this whole thing cause i have never really been able to give the full gospel to people well maybe once or twice but they never wanted to pray with me or even be around me so i been feeling like i just suck at witnessing but then there are other times that i only get to say a few words like you said or just praise the Lord and i feel like i have done more for the Lord by doing that wow talk about fellow ship of the Spirit. i pray the Lord will allow more doors to be open for planting and watering.

I thank God for the man from Trinidad who while in prison Brother Brian Donovan with the prison ministry shared the gospel with that man got saved and in turn shared the gospel with my brother in prison and my brother got saved and began telling me that I needed to be saved and years later I did get saved I don't know why we would not share the gospel with every single person that we meet even if they don't get saved right then and there plant the seed obviously it is not us that do the saving thing it is God that giveth the increase I will never stop sharing the gospel with everyone I meet I cannot count on both of my hands how many brothers and sisters I know in the world that came to the saving knowledge of Christ by reading a gospel tract I hand out tracks I don't walk up to people and say here's a tract let's pray a prayer so you can go to heaven because obviously that is not biblical Though there have been times where I have been able to talk with someone and share the gospel with them and under conviction they call upon the Lord Jesus to save their soul from hell I cannot discount these things

It does take such a burden away to have your eyes opened to the biblical truth. Ray Comfort from Living Waters gets a lot of flack (from those who believe in easy believism) when he witnesses asking why he doesn’t “close the deal” by always praying with those he shares the gospel with. I really like how he teaches the law first to sinners (like Jesus did) to show no one is good enough on their own for heaven. Then, people are more prone to see their desperate need for the gracious gift of the Savior who paid the ultimate price for our sins. Rather than teaching a lukewarm false message of an “all loving god” who is ok with people living like the world. We must repent, be willing to put the old man to death and trust in Christ to be born again. The road is narrow. There are some really good and appealing tracts that have helped me to sow seeds. I try to keep them with me all of the time in case an opportunity arises and also put them in random places like a public restroom counter, or waiting room’s magazines as a bookmark, etc. Like you said, praying before going out. Being surrendered and open to being used by God as a willing vessel.

Maybe a good verse to use on these people, ask them how to explain how is the yoke easy if you have to do works for it.

I just returned from Israel and the Lord opened the door for me to share my Testimony about Jesus with a Muslim. The Holy Spirit was present, but I was just planting seeds.... Yeah, we had a script in military recruiting too, complete with handling objections. The purpose of course, was warm bodies for manpower objectives. I had a friend back then that was selling Mortgages, and he commented the common retort was "Oh, and how much did you pull in last year?" It's sales. Too often, there is little or no regard for the individual that they salesmen are dealing with, because it becomes all about numbers which can lead to lies and cheating. In my view, they'd forget that they were dealing with people who were a means to an end. I just recalled for the reserve side, the recruiting command put out a magazine periodically called "Door Knocker". They loved to act as if Door Knocking was the greatest recruiting tool in the tool belt. I never did that on any cold calls like they wanted everyone to do.

In 2008 i had a NDE where i met a loving light that spoke in the most lovingly firm voice "go back", with that i met my body and awoke in the ambulance. I have a tract ministry. I lay them down at places or hand them to somebody when the need for the Gospel is expressed. I know that many people get saved through these tracts. I don't worry about them after that. Numbers and results means nothing. I have no "church" affiliation. Baptists and Charismatics are money--driven. Mega prosperity baloney also. I keep meeting people thinking I have to give them this big drawn out speech about the gospel. I generally walk away feeling guilty because I end up not withessing. I think the seed planting and watering approach works well. After all salvation comes through the Lord by grace. I think I can soldier more effectively now. However it does seem like we are coming up to the "Day of the Lord" So when I witness to either an atheist, an indifferent person, anyone of another religion or a follower of "Churchianity" I feel compelled to talk about the Time of Jacob's Trouble. My neighbour grew up in the Anglican Church. He doesn't go to church anymore and he claims the Bible is fake. He's always commenting on how bad Canada is getting. So I compared what is happening in Canada and what Revelation has to say. He was actually quite interested especially when I told him Jesus will spare his peiple from the ultimate wrath to come through grace and faith. I pray he gets saved he in his seventies. Not a Christian but a very nice man he fixes small engines and other equipment does a good job and rarely charges much. He has had a few heartaches and still has issues. I pray he finds Jesus and is saved. I worry if I try and preach too much he'll get turned off. The other side of me says I should say more. The first man I ever witnessed to was an ardent new ager. He and his wife were sort of new age truther types. They were at a friend's place seeking knowledge. I gave him and his wife a dollar store KJV and preached for about an hour. I was so happy as a "soul winner" so to say. That was about 8 years ago. Last winter he got a hold of me and reminded me of how the first bible he ever had was from me. It all backfired though he is actually a Torah following hard core Hebrew Roots Movement follower. He still reads the KJV he claims, but absolutely refuses to associate himself with being a "Christian" To him the law is salvation and Christ is called "Yehoshua" or something. I tried to bring him to the Book of Galatians which refutes legalism. He broke all contact with me at that point. Then there's my flat earther friends who swear by the Book of Enoch. Man what a mess! "The effectual ferverent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" James 5 16 is something to work with in these cases I figure... Any suggestions are appreciated???

It's the doctrine of Righteousness by the blood of Jesus that has us always talking about the things that should not be done instead of an alternative what can be done.And then there is the equally impossible conversation about the fruit of life that will be done if you enter into that possibility of life .In Ezekiel 18 the grapes tell us that we don't have a fallen nature and the remainder talks of the fruit that can be achieved .Ezekiel 18:1 however is the verse that should be written in gold leaf and put on the mantle place that the whole world of the sphere of our influence might know what is the foundation of all joy .So we don't have a fallen nature and God can give advice directly to us we are therefore without excuse. It's the enabling grace that comes from the relationship of always holding God's hand that allows the fruits of Ezekiel 18 to appear . Unfortunately to ease loving me( but by God's grace) this fruit bearing makes the physical feel like it is constantly striving. Look at how early in the narrative that God warned us this would be so ...Genesis 3:19 "in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread" perhaps this is the declining vigour that comes with not having access to the tree of life. We are to take encouragement from he who is our example for he lived the life that we can live and his words have the Authority of "The Word Of God" for he emptied Himself of His Divine Attributes so that he could be in all points tempted by Lucifer as we are and yet could say " the Prince of this world comes but has nothing in me" says of this unending effort and sweat on the face, "my yoke is easy and my burden is light". We are encouraged to take up the responsibilities of life but to rest in God's love to enable the effort and if we endure until the last breath of life we are promised newness of life living in the earth made new where once again we will have access to the tree of life and where the Father and His Son will have an abiding presence. Despite Jesus recognising that Lucifer had full access to him and that despite his impending death at the hands of those incited by Lucifer's suggestions , it was not until Jesus was given prophetic insights into what was going to befall him on the day of his death that Jesus knew the full impact of someone using your body against you .The prophetic insight caused Jesus to sweat drops of blood. The transgressions that are blotted out of the life record of the saved are added to the life record of Lucifer who through shrewed temptation initiated the transgression in the heart of the individual. All our brothers and sisters deserve to know that this is an alternative life style.

But smoking a cigar or having a glass of wine with your dinner does not mean your not saved but as Paul said if it is an offence to my brother I won't do it. So don't sit down with an alcoholic an have wine nor your young children . For many cultures it is just a glass of wine with dinner. Being saved is why you go to Heaven . You are right many times it is soul daming many in hell today because of this false agenda. Unless they take the Holy Spirit with them nothing profitable will come of it.
