The movie was The Explorers If you like this version of the song you can use Clip Extractor to pull it off of youtube, then use Pazera Audio Extractor to pull the audio out in any format you want. You can then use Audacity to tweak the sound. Sound quality is much better than mp3iffy, which only works twice then charges you an arm and a leg.

@MidnightVisions The movie is simply called "Explorers" - no "The" at the beginning, actually. This music video (on another site, shown to me by DJ Curtis Vodka) was so amazing I watched it like 30 times the first day then NEEDED to see the movie, so I did a lot of research on it. Would own it by now but had to move to a different state and save my funds.. Look up "Explorers (film)" on wikipedia.
