I have a video of rain sounds that I find very soothing. Unlike most people who prefer sunshine, rain has always had a calming and happy effect on me. I discovered this video about four months ago and it has helped me sleep better. I'm a very light sleeper, but with this video, I can sleep for more than six hours without waking up. I'm grateful for the video and the peace it brings. 🌧🙌🏻
