reminds me of Fridays in the summer...i would do the lawn, come chill on one of my 4 tree stumps gathered around my in ground firepit. Spark a joint, smell the scent of the fresh cut grass, and hear similar sounds..and zone on the seemingly endless greenery of miles and miles of trees.

I play this for my birds, it was a suggestion that a friend made as a joke because they never interact with other birds. Well they enjoy it, and have even started chirping in new ways they've never done before, it's great. Thanks for sharing

I think the wood thrush has the most beautiful song of any North American bird. I have heard nightingales only on recordings, and their real songs may to some admirers be even better than the birds that we have here in the U.S. But the wood thrush's song remains my favorite and to me it sounds the best of any bird-- perhaps that is because of the Michigan woods, the location in which I hear it.

Blue jays can make a really beautiful call as well. The jarring one is the alarm call. Most birds have loud and annoying alarm calls, it's what makes them effective, lol.
