Yes, that corresponds to my experience. Several times I had a blissful time merged with Grace, and I noticed that even my so-called "negative" thoughts were just another source of bliss. That's because I was deeply aware of the ultimate essence of absolutely everything. Nothing could be apart from that essence, nothing was ever "other than" that very essence, hence each and every thought was merely another source of bliss. I focused on the simplest things like the dust on the ground, a plastic bag, a bird, a flying dry leaf, and all were filled with pure Grace, that ineffable and incomprehensible ever-present, all-pervasive Grace. So I came to the understanding that it's all about attention. If our attention goes to the content of the thought (the message), we usually get involved, attached and trapped by the "meaning" of it. But if we focus on the deepest nature of thoughts (the messenger) and everything else, we end up involved with the true nature of existence, which includes our own true nature. On that level of perception, everything belongs to the same being and ultimately IS the same. The ten thousand things are One! But since there's no "other", only one, one equals zero.

Hi, LTS. This is the part I never can understand: Doesn't the brain produce our thoughts? If that's so (I'm pretty sure it is but I've been wrong before), then how can we separate from our thoughts? We can't separate from our brains, right? Anyway, I enjoyed your video--you yourself seem to radiate "compassion and gentleness" and those are qualities we all need so much in these scary times. Thanks for posting.

The mind is the receiver of thoughts. The thoughts are not your own, so just gently observe the thoughts pass, like watching clouds in the sky ❤

There's no need (or ability) to separate anything from thoughts. Can there be thoughts without a thinker? This playlist explores this: kzbin.info/aero/PLLcRwGVE9bFS_EhL47aUlCPmYwQ2KxQrD

Thoughts get us where we are. The rest are consequences of those thoughts.

Not sure it matters, what matters is how we treat ourselves and others.

Be the observer of a thought and they become less important or meaningful. The Obsetver is the Observed. O canybtemeber who coined that phrase nit it bares repeating. Or is it "bears repeating". Lol😅
