The Soviet Navy Strikes Back - Wargame: Red Dragon Campaign

Somehow, the Soviet navy returned.
In this Wargame: Red Dragon campaign gameplay video, we're headed back to Naval Sector Bravo. While naval battles aren't my favorite, this one actually goes pretty well for me. As someone had commented on one of my videos, I use mainly capital ships, with a few supporting ships. This means that my CIWS is able to handle the incoming enemy missiles. The enemy gets spread out, and then my capital ships are able to pick off the enemy ships one by one.

Depending on the date someone posted a video, their campaign experience can be drastically different than what you experience playing now, all things being equal. I don't know when exactly, but some point after launch but before about a year or so ago some update noticeably altered how the AI behaves and/or how spotting and weapons behave in campaign. There was a dude I would follow to get some tips on Busan where I'd follow exactly what he was doing to the letter and yet could NEVER replicate his outcomes, same for 2nd Korean War. Same with a few other dudes I'd watch. Then I noticed they all had the same thing in common; all their videos were at least 5 years old.

Huh, that's interesting. I had never read that there were AI updates. That's something to keep in mind when looking for campaign tips.
