Put it like this, you waste 80€ on a game hoping to be able to learn and play your favorite character, but instead are forced to go against the same repetitive broken characters that completely destroy you with unbalanced moves, where is the fun in that? This isnt the 2000's when the community was about actually having fun, now its all about online and every sad player(which is most of the community) will take advantage of easy broken characters

Funny thing is, it was the same with Tenkaichi back in the day. The only difference is that now you can go and vent your frustrations anonymously online. Back then, you'd just get in a petty fight with your brother or friend. I remember playing T3 at a friend's house and he would get so angry over losing that he would insist nobody is allowed to pick SS4 Gogeta except him. He would literally refuse to play or straight up just turn off the PS2 if you ever dared to pick G4 against him even though he picked him every time (and still lost most of the time). Competition will bring out the worst in people, especially kids. Most of the people spamming hate at you may even be literal children. A sense of good sportsmanship just isn't something people are born with. It takes time to develop and some of us sadly never do. Please don't let it get to you. Your content is great and Sparking Zero as a game is a literal dream come true.

They don't wanna have fun and see what wild things the game has to offer. I often see these people in my head as the people who say mvc is bad due to balance. Character choices aren't why we love mahvel. And that's how I view sparking it's a unique fighting game that can be competitive, and those with the competitive spirit are genuinely great. But it's the people that rage quit, turn off the game due to what they call "cheese" when it's a fixable problem. Do I think sparking is perfect? No. There's things that I feel need to be altered to help it. But is sparking a bad game as of right now? No I think it's a fun game.

I think this is just a result of the DBSZ players being new to the FGC. They don't know how toxic the FGC really is. DBSZ is an anime arena fighter, and the DB community is huge so many people are getting into it having never played a real fighting game before. However, the sheer amount of people that are supporting it may just push it into Evo. It will probably have a competitive future. I'm a lifelong Tekken player and this shit is light. Barely even toxic, just normal. But it's got got the same issue as Smash... it's not a real (let's say traditional) fighting game. These people just haven't experienced the FGC... simple as that. Hey, Ceros is from the 313 and the 419! I've been in the Detroit/Little Detroit area my entire life! I've definitely seen you reference Super training a dozen times, easily. All of the info is there (there are minor character variances in things like stun for example that you have to learn on your own, but that's part of the fun!) Unfortunately, the loud one's aren't here to learn. They don't give a hoot about your experience, your valuable input, or anyone else's aside their own. Just hating to hate, looking for someone to point the finger at, and trying to chase that clout. I'm glad you aren't letting them ruin the experience for you. They're lucky you're 'mask off' before you light the match. Most people aren't, as you said 'transparent.' They'll sell a line until the bag runs out. Same reason we see so many Xv2 channels jumping over (no surprise there though.) They'll kick back over when it's hot too. I've enjoyed watching your uploads, I fw the vibes you give off. Just in your element, playing how you want, explaining fundamental ideas about the game. It's nostalgic to me I guess. Reminds me of being 17 and just labbing with my boys for hours on end, info sharing etc. All love, and good faith, at least from the inside out. Y'know, the way people learned in 2000, before every hot topic on said game was "X is broken!!!!" on YT. Developing practical skills and approaches to problems ourselves (much like I'm assuming you have.) Good riddance I guess. Burn it down. In the end, only pressure and heat create diamonds in the rough. Maybe then you can get some more opponents who are willing to teach you lessons unlearned, learn from you organically, and rock with you instead of against you. That's the highest form of high level play anyone could ask for, and it's shitty that you're only met with disdain or disappointment. Especially when you have such a likable attitude. I can just imagine you stepping on a Lego and being like "Good for you Lego! You broke my toe, and I'm so happy for you that you can do that. I'm a hundred times your size and that hurts, and I'm happy you can do that!" It really is some genuine, good faith interaction from what I've seen. Best wishes, and well regards from me and mine!

Damn maybe if they were spending more time training, they'd know the true way. i'm new to the budokai series, never really got into fighting games before. Something about this game slaps, really liking the singles fighting experience. You have a good way of educating me, as a newbie to the IP in general, on the game strategy and the content in the show and that's why I keep watching. Hope you at least don't stop doing that, and the best strategy is to not engage with the haters.

I'm sorry you have dealt with that. I myself have studied the mechanics of the game and I really enjoy the game. So much so I try to host games with my friends but they refused to learn the mechanics as well. I now mostly play with randoms more than my friends because they refused to learn the basic controls of the game.

👏👏👏👏 well said! I haven't played sparking zero yet but I have been playing fighting games for a long long time casually and competitively and everything you're saying is true about every fighting game and their communities. 😺

Yeah bro I’m like b2 in single battle and I only play like future gohan, teen gohan, pan, and trunks bc they’re my favorites and everyone still always rage quits as soon as I start winning 🤷♂️ ppl are petty ig idek

I've been seeing people on KZbin talking about the tutorial doesn't show all the mechanics in the game, I was like "what are you talking about?" till I see that they was talking about the tutorial that happens when you first start the game for the first time.

I love this game, been playing budokai tenkaichi series since it first came out but I swear, is so toxic with the rage quitting, reason why I had to block my messages on my psn cause of threats and trashtalking, I just wanna play, have fun and challenge myself to the fullest, win or lose
@jalenmcluvinАй бұрын
Been watching you since the game came out and I’d say you probably have the most nuanced content around the game which is refreshing. Would love to run some matches with you gang🤞🏾

It's been really unplayable for me lately, i played 3 games yesterday, all 3 dc. I played another 2 today, both dc. I get on excited to play and a few games later i feel like ive wasted my time. And i dont think my team is "cheesy", i feel like its just s rank, all 5 games i played was between s5-s1 and they just quit whenever theyre losing

I love you brother man. Don't worry about the weird negative stuff. I think you're cool and enjoying your sparking videos.
@helrazr44Ай бұрын
I bet these people hopped on the bandwagon because they thought the game was easy to rank high in because of the game being busted. Too casual for a real fighting game, too competitive for a casual one. Also can we talk about how the complaints are largely the same ones that your younger siblings dished out? Like I all I hear is that 4 little brother whining that you're spamming the same moves. All I have to say is 'Justin Wong bullies kid in MKX' is very applicable.

Dude thats so F'd. I don't even play this game, I just subbed to your channel because you seem to be an expert and I like your style. You don't deserve the hate. People are such idiots. Keep up the great work!

3:30 TMI bro, if you have an issue with people insulting you over a video game, then definitely avoid the topics of "ruining lives" and abuse. Like damn that came out nowhere, lmao

Wait what was bad about The SH2 Community? Most I saw was them rubbing in the fact their remake is superior to Reident Evil's latest one RE4 (in which I agree with, I dislike RE4 remake but adore the original)

@@SonicAdventureEnjoyer the puritans and then anti-angela stans, groups are an absolute fucking shit shows and there's plenty videos "SH community is the most toxic community" out there. Not long ago it was Yu-Gi-Oh lmfao

I wonder if the counter to stall teams is to go for brute force damage and just attempt to 1shot each unit
@baer5137Ай бұрын
I'm pretty shit at the game, I've only practiced stuff with Piccolo and played the story mode because I know I would get my ass beaten by sweats that no the mechanics better than me and then if I were to win a game, they would likely rage quit. I might try Online out after they address the rage quitting problem. Also about Giants, I feel like they are likely going to fall off as people get better kinda like how Grapplers are always really strong when a game comes out.

I spent about 1 and a half hour on super training every time before i go online. Then i spend a few matches online getting use to latency 😅
@robertrogers6487Ай бұрын
It's been a decade since I stopped online gaming and even longer since I started avoiding any sort of competitive scene. For every 2 people u encounter that's a like minded individual just trying to enjoy a hobby, you'll encounter 10 that thoroughly hate everything involved with it apart from 'winning'. These are all games and people are acting like it's life or death.
@captainmazaАй бұрын
i totally agree with what you got to say, tbh i dnt give a shit who people use nor the cost of my fav chrr, my fav are 17 and 18 but at a cost of 10 and no ki charge im working on close combat and pressure ect, i went online got smacked but also have had some good fights, fights that made me go back to training, but i feel this is the state of fighting games now if there is not a simple mode in the game , reading is a problem within the video bread community, same people who cant read sub,(i do pref dub but not the point) there's pros and cons to call characters you just gotta sit down and figure out there play styles stay strong man
