Just out of sheer ‘the way we do it’ …we don’t tend to prop a small window…do you find it needs it. I’m in timber frames built by Taylor lane so there’s no insulation in the cavity. You slit the silver paper and tuck damp up and re staple it if that makes sense. Do you prefer traditional or timber frames? I hate them all 😂

@@vivalachocolat1 don’t normally if we’ve built 3 courses and left it to go off over night, but when its one course and trying to take it too high i like to just to safe guard it. Yeah that’s what were used to doing but since they’ve updated the regs and put this stupid insulation in the cavity its made it shit! Tbh timber frames are easy can get really boring though, traditional is the way forward just more suited to bricklayers, scaffold and chippies just make it work for the bricklayers way better method as well

@ yer I agree they get so boring don’t they. I’ve never seen this new insulation in the cavity method. I’ll just keep praying they don’t do it in my sites. Go well

Nice tidy work. Have you seen my corbling slider plates that attach to my line blocks. Could be very handy on the job you're on.
