I think you need to test him on training, put 50 point match. You need to have in your team a setter and middle whit 155 speed and defence but whit low, I mean really low power and jump like 90. In the opposite team you’ll need to put just bad characters, D, C-, C+, you get it, but white high speed and defence. This way you can push him to the maximum if there is one
