i saw him preached once in Tucson AZat our church he really knew who the Elijah to our generation was and is..matt 17:11 if this teaching he is preaching and they have labeled him as the Elijah of Malachi 4:6 it is wrong he is not the Elijah prophecied to come

Hello Deidra! I'm not sure you're even interested in an answer at this point, but Paul Cain passed a couple of days ago at the age of 89. In the message above he says he is 62, so I'm calculating that this message was sometime around 1992. Does that add up for you? Hope that helps! God Bless!
