Great review. My first and only AR and I love it! Super accurate right out of the box! I bought it sight unseen when one became available because I researched to get the most bang for the buck in a quality factory rifle.

I love my Saint Edge! I have the nickel boron BCG and barrel with every upgrade possible. I put on a cts-1100 with a M-lok low profile green laser, pressure switch olight odin light and a Magpul m-lok mvg vertical grip. It's one of the best AR-15s I own. Super reliable.

​@bert3566 honestly. It's not really comparible. I find it very unique. The true best bang for your buck. Just be careful using that muzzle break with people on your side. A lot of pressure coming out. Other than that such a great rifle.

I’m struggling between the Victor and the Edge. The Victor has the ambi 45 degree safety which as a lefty I need, and the Law folding stock which would be nice. The Edge weighs a pound less, has adjustable gas, has the ambi safety, but not 45 degree, so would have to replace that quickly , what seems to be a better trigger, full pic rail, but no Law folding stock, and the Victor is about $175 cheaper. I’m leaning towards the Victor. Also, am I being naive to expect 1MOA, hopefully .75 out of either of these. Having both, which would you choose? Thanks!!!

Just got one a few weeks back. After an early bizarre malfunction, did some quick work on the line at the range and some excessive oiling, went through another 300 rds no problem. Highly accurate and shot from 62 grain all the way down to 40 grain .223 with no more malfunctions and similar shot placement. Quality weapon indeed

I have the Saint Victor b5 runs amazing zero malfunctions shoots super flat comes with that same trigger and accu-tite system as well

Those backup sights are simply made by UTG and then get the springfield logo. I bought my saint edge used and it had the bag and everything but the flip up sights. I was able to buy UTG sights that were identical minus the logos.

The muzzle break is annoying and not needed on a 5.56 AR. I swapped it out for a standard A2 Birdcage. I have not put a vast amount of rounds through my SA Sant Edge, but so far its been reliable and accurate.

Watched a few reviews. There's one review the Saint edge 5.56/223. The first magazine no problems, after the problems starts, wouldn't reject or feed correctly. One out of at least eight different review platforms only one had constant malfunction. Yes new out of the box ..🤔

@@pushthroughlifeptl That's good to hear. I have 3 friends that own saints and not 1 of them function with steel ammo. Wolf, tula, barnaul, I thought maybe mag issues, my DelTon and BCM eat it all day so I just gave them my loaded mags, nope, still fail to feed, fail to fire, fail to eject. Now, this said, they have zero issues running brass nor zinc coated steel, maybe they have bolt issues, they all three bought their saints from the same store within 2 months of each other. I am going to give it a try myself and if I have issues I'll swap bolts from my DelTon ot BCM and see what results I get.

I have been shopping AR's for the last 2 months. I have narrowed it down to these three: Springfeild Saint Edge, Sig Sauer M400 Tread Snakbite SE, and the IWI Zion 15. Which of these would you recommend. If/when the shit hits the fan, which of these would be most reliable? If I were to have to get into some weather or the rifle was to get wet and dirty, which of these would you recommend? I am making a purchase this week. Please respond. Thank you for your content. It will always cost more if you know what you’re doing, the EOTech isnt cheap, I’d always want a sling on it, a angled or vertical grip, a enhanced mag release and the brake isn’t the prettiest but I guess you can skip that, the safety and an enhanced bolt release. So for the things it doesn’t come with your looking at about 7-800 bucks with all the other stuff a bit more. OCD I KNOW. But she’s deff a magnificent specimen and better than dropping 4500 plus on a sweeeeet home build. 🫡
