It's hard to see, but Bruce is a really good manager/member. He contributes so much, does a lot behind the scenes, and even on the show does subtle things that are hard to see but very impactful. Not only is he funny, but he starts conversation when he needs to like at the start with the Dr. Pepper, he silences others when a quiet member tries to get a word in, he lets people get their jokes out but says something to prevent annoying people without ruining the joke and a lot more. All members contribute equally, I just thought it'd be nice to recognise what Bruce does
