The strategy is purely a manual and a mechanical strategy and you don't need a robot, though a robot can only be use to facilitate the process. You put your Global SL and TP manually and of course yes you are opening many trades and if the market has to go against you and past your Global SL then you will lost significantly but at the same time if you are lucky for the market to get to you global TP then you will be making about 10* your account balance and at the end of the day it's the must powerful strategy

If you move to the lower timeframe and the trend is different from the trend in the higher TF, will you still buy?

The main trend of focus is the higher time frame. The lower time is just so you can have many trades since the higher time frame will have fewer candles hence fewer trades. Don't worry about what is happening in the lower time frame in terms of trend change so long as you already have your Snipper trend/support/resistance on the higher time frame.
