Personally, I have never heard of the Stakeholder Model. I do not remember learning this in my business class in high school. In this video, you helped me understand this model. THe stakeholder model is a pretty common model I have seen. While you said you have no emperical evidence that considering your stakeholders would benefit a company, its hard to believe that a firm that acknowledges its primary and secondary stakeholders would not have an advantage over firms that don't. The concept of the keiretsu theory is new to me. The idea that firms would become so interwoven with all there stakeholders, does seem beneficial because it would encourage everyone to support each other's success. - Kameron Porter
