I've been loving this deck. It's been absolutely amazing for me, pulling wins out of nowhere. It's just missing an edge somewhere. It needs some extra removal, maybe Haywire Mite?

This deck is simply majestic 😍 I would trim on the creature lands because I hate that many colorless sources in my duel colored decks, but that's just my preference. I really like this Gruul version. The Simic list that ashlizzle was swearing by never really spoke to me like this one.

I honestly think being forced to play new decks just makes you better. At this point you have to be one of the best out there. Which I think is honestly your reads, just incredible. Would that have improved NOT playing all these decks and understanding your opponents? Just makes you that much better when you go back to play what you love. It's crazy to me that magic has been out for 30 years and after 30 years we're still watching people lose to manascrew. Losing games because of manascrew/manaflood diminishes so much of the strategy in the game. Blue/White control lists generally run 26+ lands and that first opponent hit 2 in 12 cards.

I am impressed how CGB has enough hate for every archetype there is, even his precious control. To be fair, it often feels like you need serious brain damage documented to be allowed to play Azorious given by how slowly most of them play. Playing a land on turn 1 is far too complicated a play for their big brain minds so they need to consider it deeply for 5 minutes.

I think this is a very fun and unique deck, however I think the first game is a good example of the problems in this deck. Too many non creature non land cards, if they were better positioned to wipe the board he would have to cycle the ozolith to try to draw action, I’d only run two of the ozolith and very little non creature cards, in this meta you don’t have time to set up powerful plays with your aggro deck

At 18:12 even if they had march, the way you sequenced it won you the game. If the matched the first foundry, they still take 4 from the second. If they march the second, you can tap it to give the over one +2+2 with march on the stack.
