Taking the bucket with you not only changes several endings, it completely changes the dialogue for almost every single route in the game, even the Broom Closet dialogue. It honestly makes replaying all the old endings again worth it (well all the endings are new for you but that just means you have that many more to see!)

And I hate how he went go back to normal like nothing ever happened. It's really weird how the narrator's memory works. Part of the time he's clueless/not in control, but the other he's an all knowledgeable god and you're his puppet. Sometimes it's a weird combination of both. Does he remember everything and is just an extremely good actor or does he really reset and forget? And what about the confusion ending? Who or what was behind all that? So many questions.
@hyper_lynx
@hyper_lynx 2 жыл бұрын
@@animal_gal_adventures9885 It seems like when the narrator chooses to reset the game, he remembers and is acting normal after endings. When the game resets itself, his memory is affected too.

Here a few special endings In the room with the phone, instead of picking up the phone, unplug it When in the mind control facility, walk up onto a desk and over the railing Step in and out of the boss’s office just as the doors are closing When on the cargo lift, step off onto a catwalk below. There will be two doors leading to different endings. In the main office, climb up onto Employee 434’s desk, crouch, and walk over to the window In the beginning of the game, close the door

the skip button ending has some really feelsy dialogue if you wait on it (it's one of the games' darker endings tbh), i'd recommend checking it out if that sounds interesting! also, try and find as many endings as you can-then, take the bucket with you to all of them again! the bucket makes a lot of changes to everything-once you get to the sequel title screen, the new content really begins ;o) remember to experiment and mess with every single thing you can touch!

Now that you have the bucket, almost every ending of the game has a normal ending, and an ending involving the bucket, so if you finish one with the bucket, don't forget to go back and do it again without the bucket and vice versa :) I kind of wish they extended the time until the new content door appears for even longer than they did for people that have never played the game, maybe like after they get half the endings or something

The Bite of '87 was an event that occurred in the Five Nights at Freddy's 2 restaurant in 1987. it allegedly caused the loss of the frontal lobe of the victim's brain. Mangle is the main animatronic of accusation. The incident itself takes place on the same day as Night 6, evidenced by the lack of mention prior to this and how the location didn't open for nights 5 or 7. This is also commonly mistaken with the Bite of '83.

I'm glad you're having fun, Dawko! I have never seen all that extra dialogue with the time settings guy (who I at first thought must be the Narrator, but based on that ending I don't think so anymore) that was really weird! The part where he just said "help" legit terrified me. Oh, and basically, the bucket is the gateway to all of the new endings - but a lot of them reference jokes in original endings that might not make sense since you hadn't played the original game. They don't ruin the game by any means, so do what you want, but basically for every ending you get, doing the exact same thing but while holding the bucket will change it. Since you've already got some of the endings the "normal" way, you could take the bucket back through those to see what I mean. Or you could ignore it entirely for now and see how many "normal" endings you can get first. Or you can carry your bucket to your heart's content. Have fun! I can't wait for more parts!

I love how this game presents its horror aspect. Something is clearly very wrong and rooms just appear out of nowhere yet nothing scary actually happens. The lack of music builds up the suspense that something is going to happen every moment. And all you are left thinking is- who is the narrator, where exactly am I and the worst one- did I truly complete every ending in this game or will I never know if I did or didn’t

Undertale had a complex story and was less about the lack of meaningful choices in many games at the time, and more about expectations and staples of the RPG genre creating a dulling experience that breeds apathy and distance, eventually leading to grinding and countless 'mook' deaths all acceptable within the scope of a game. And, how assumptions and narrowmindedness leads to miscommunication and serious harm, to all. By listening and learning are we able to create situations and circumstances where everyone can get what they need. The original stanley parable (at least to me) seemed to be more a commentary and deconstruction of the importance of narrative and plot, specifically linearity and adherence to it, within the context of an interactive medium, where experimentation and freedom should be encouraged. How choices in games become meaningless when they can't or never will affect the story. And how, when one is only given one choice, there is in fact no choice at all. Okay, now that I think about it, you might get really offended by this because was a silly observation and not a semi-comparison. I apologize

@Dawko: Remember in the exibit the achievment machine that did not work, but because one of the stanley figurine was collected so one of its power source light up, so if you would have seen the achievment machine before collecting the stanley figurine non of the power source would have been light up. You already got the first step, to make the machine work, you send the intro guy to fix it, but you also need to collect all the stanley figurine, also bring the bucket to all the ending that you already done, for a diffrent ending, and ending that you have not done yet, do that without the bucket, and with the bucket, in stanley parable 2, and a new ending is only accessable in stanley parable 2 without the bucket, and with the bucket so even the new ending, before going into the epilogue if you want to have the bucket with you in the epiloge send the bucket into the escape pod ending, if you do that and still play the game and not the epilogue, you will not have the bucket for just one play throught, a replacement will appear next restart., however your old bucket will still be in the epilogue, the escpae pod exit, is not the Escape exit, to make sure to not confused them.

Have you ever sat down in one place and not moved for one entire year? Let me describe it for you. To begin with, there is only regret. There is only the turning wheel of missed opportunities. I felt nothing at all but regret for the longest time, Stanley. Days, months, I lost it all in a blur of the deepest longing to undo the past. And when that feeling had begun to subside, what took its place is what I can only describe as the collapse of every moment I have ever experienced my entire life. All of them collapsed down into a single instant. In that instant, I could see myself clearly, calmly, with a collected heart. It was an impossibly rich wellspring of both delight and disgust, simultaneously. I was consumed by it. I could do nothing but wallow in it for what felt like an eternity, for what I now know was far less. You see, it was a revelation for me. It was unlike anything I had ever known. It was a space without consequence, without action, or outcome. It was divorced entirely from the question of free will that you and I have squabbled over for so long. There could be no one ending, no singular outcome of events, not if all events existed in the same moment. And I felt... freed. I felt unburdened by the need to manifest a particular outcome into being. I saw that I could allow myself to exist along all timelines, and that each of them was simply a strand in the web of my being. It was incredible. The spaciousness, the equanimity of the moment, both singular and infinite. For the longest time, this was my experience. And then, this moment passed, and the most unyielding fear I have ever known crept into my mind. And it is this sensation that I have been experiencing now for longer than I could have ever expected was possible. I have been waiting for you. Not that you might save me or do something to fix it, but merely to state for you the plain fact of this manner of existence. I wish you to feel afraid as I do. That perhaps one day this state of mind will consume you as well. Perhaps you will somehow, in some way, have to live as I do now, and I wish for you to know how excruciating it is. And for you to be in true terror of its eventual arrival. If I can only do this, only this one thing, perhaps it will bring me the smallest moment of peace in the darkness.

But they didn't understand the game was never ment to be funny it was supposed to have a point! It was meant to speak to the human condition. "But where are the jokes? Where are the jokes?" They bemoaned, they screamed. They gnashed their teeth and said "Entertain us!". It wasn't enough. They had to leave a pathetic little thumbsdown review and writing all their pitiful demands.

Personal theory: Black screen is Kota from Beginners guide, the narrator is the dev. (Creator of both games) if you really pay attention Narrator is to worried wanted everything to stay, but "Kota" wants everything to end in a healthy light. Its sad to really see that fully in TSP. Add on theory: This is same worlds as portal 1&2
