I've been doing this for myself for a few months. They are all private, but it's been helpful in place of a journaling effort. Good on you for carving out time and self awareness.

I started this one as private then I felt it could be shared - but I cut out a few moments that I wanted to remain private. I'll probably get more organized with a 'public' facing section and keep the end of the recording private or something. We'll see. Cool to know you've been doing it as well
