maybe he never gets mad on his bracket because when his team fucks up, means they just literally fuck up (not because of low skill) and there's nothing you can do about it.. and in this match there's so much places you can improve and he knew it yet cannot do anything about it.

he's not smurfing. i have 4k games and only 2k mmr. we know enough to play the game but struggle with other parts of the game. e.g. which item to get and why we should get it, objective and reading the game and understanding what's the best move at the time. there's a lot more but those are pretty much the most common i think.
