here's an easy fix to sunsetting. If your weapons gets sunset, whenever that weapon comes back with new rolls you can then be able to upgrade your old weapon back to the pinnacle again. To help with weapons that sit in the vault if they're sunset. They should implement a roll save feature in the collections where instead of only being able to look at a weapon there only to say you can't reaquire random rolled gear, you can save one roll on your weapon/armor (that you have) you can grab back at any time for a decent cost for when it comes back.

About leveling: since we got a bunch of pinnacle activties, how about making each activity drop only a specific piece of armor/weapon? e.g. Nightfall 100k will always give a +2 helmet, 3 crucible matches always a +1 kinetic weapon and so on. I got "lucky" in season 11 and 12, getting quite early to max cap, however, back in Season of Dawn I just couldn't drop a single set of boots to reach level cap. FOR WEEKS. That's frustrating tbh.

As a solo player who doesn't really have any friends to play trials with I'm cautiously curious where this goes. I'm really glad that they're slowing down on the continually increasing power cap. Some of my friends just stopped playing bc they got tired of grinding it out each season, and it gets annoying for me (bc I don't have as much time to play anymore) when I'm in IB fighting raid bosses in every other engagement just because they don't have anything better to do than play D2 all day.

They can shift metas by creating different fight mechanics in different events. One season make fights more close range (bosses don't stomp you) . Next season make bosses farther away or flying (long range weapons)

Honestly Shatterdive needs to have a damage increase (take more damage while using the ability), and a longer time duration (cool down) up to around 8-12 seconds. Every 4 seconds still allows the ability to be used on every encounter.

My question is why didn't they just use Ikora instead of the quest kiosk. Like, her original role was replay campaign content, why not use her to recover quests?
