Is jet.jl going to be integrated into base Julia at any point?

I think the trend is more in the direction of moving features out of Base and into separate packages since this brings some advantages for development. Could it be that the motivation behind that question is a desire for an easy to install, standardized set of packages? If so, something like a Julia distribution or an "essentials" meta package might be a better solution.
