I would show this reportage in Italy to make people understand what corruption and nepotism can bring to. There are many aspects in Lebanon that are in common with Italy (though the situation in Italy is much much better), but this is the direction my country is going to. I like to watch old videos of Beirut before the civil war in the 60s and 70s, how advanced you were. But there is hope, these young people can make the difference and improve the political and social system.

Jumblat`s son said it right, it is a family BUSINESS especially that they are one of the richest people in the country, giving jobs is a crazy idea cause they offer jobs that doesn't exist and doesn't belong to them like the Lebanese electricity company they end up with well beyond their need of workers or even capacity so they stayed at home and received salaries from the gov. Bachir jmail, a Lebanese 'hero', is the one that created the Lebanese forces, his nephew is actually useless and head of a dead party he has no voice in the gov. I have no idea why you are talking about him Lebanon is beyond corrupt, ask Fouad elsaniora , that became a billionaire from nothing after he became prime minister for 4 years, or elHarir how his fortune exploded after he became prime minister, or his kids how they created a law to save the inheritance taxes for 3 months then the law disappeared after transferring 17 billion $ inheritance between them BTW elsaniora is elHarir's cousin, keep it in the family! or ask the Lebanese people how the constitution was changed in the 90's without their vote, in Saudi arabia when the saoudi paid millions to all the Lebanese politicians and held them captive until they signed OK Lebanon might get better well after we are dead maybe in 300-400 years, but I doubt that

There will never be any change or peace, comfort nor is it possible anywhere.,so long as the principle of money rules. Any economic system that operates apart from a standard of reservation that backs the currency will always fail. The United states will turn into and is progressing towards what we see here in this video as we speak. The adamonsity is even brewing amongst the left and right and this is also occurring in the continent of Europe. The mass migration will intensify the situation. There is only one answer to the problem which is age old but people are to stupid to realize it and it is unattainable due to the weakness and human tendency of greed and wantoness which breeds manipulation. All the world must due is abandon the idea and concept of exchange of money. We don't need money but why does it enslave us all? We need food, family, love and shelter from the changes of weather. Even security would be a thing of the past. True equality and universal brotherhood could be obtained if we worked just as we are doing now but for each other and our community's benefit however large or small they may be. Instead we work for payment to uphold a system that can never work and If it does it's destroyed by some outside force or self destructs from within. Unfortunately this utopia will never be seen and if such a system does emerge which sounds or resembles a good and peaceful idea, be patient for it will turn ugly in time. The day we stop putting value on things and stuff and start to provide and care for our neighbors simply because we value each other is the day the world will see peace. But we're to stupid to see and understand this and I have no faith in humanity's current state of mind. It will take a major shift in human consciousness or the return of the messiah that will forcibly move the dark and controlling forces out from under us.
