It feels like from now on the internet is banned cuz not everyone in the world can afford the internet, and we all need to use no Internet until they make absolutely everyone in the world able to use the internet. Considering the targeting issue, i completely agree its dogwater. It happens so many times that i use a skill and it targets the opponent that is on the floor when theres 3 other opponent i can target, it automatically targets the only one i cant hit for some reason, so the skill is wasted. Bandai its not that hard to just make it so when an enemy is down, it is untargettable, but no, they can't do the most basics.

TLDR...W move from Bandai!! They didn't introduce the emulator ban. Emulators and other third-party software have ALWAYS been against the terms of service. Bandai have just not been vigilant in policing the use of these and most players have been taking advantage of this as a loophole. Having content creators, such as yourself, effectively publicizing and further promoting the use of third-party software through infuence has also contributed to the negative effects of third-party software usage. Over time, the excessive abuse of third-party software in activities such as cheating has resulted in Bandai implementing more stringent measures to stop the abuse of the terms of service that have always been there from the start. Let's not get salty over an agreement that ALL PLAYERS made to uphold these terms of service (YES...ALL PLAYERS. When you install and play OPBR you click on an acceptance to uphold the terms of service which most people do not read...you would have seen the TOS clauses on use of third-party software). If Bandai had always been strict in policing use of third-party software, then you wouldn't even be having complaints about this latest development. I find it a distasteful title to say "the state of OPBR" and try to argue against the banning of TOS abuse where you actually have agreed to the TOS in the first place. I get that there are emulator players that don't engage in hacks or autoclicks, but still we all agreed to the TOS clauses to not use third-party software. Even so, it is unfair to play on PC using emulators vs mobile players due to added unfair advantages (such as the framerate differences you are mentioning). And don't even think of saying "just go play on emulator too". TOS are agreed upon, and an agreement is a promise that must be upheld. The more valid argument in this video is the divide between the OPBR mobile and steam versions. Hopefully, we will have this issue resolved favourably and soon so that PC users can enjoy the game RESPONSIBLY with FAIRPLAY as intended. Long rant video deserves a long comment. Cheers.

I do think that the Steam version hasn''t kicked off with a lot of players because it's still a start-up phase. I'm a veteran OPBR player (since it's release and re-release) and I can see this being similar to when the game first started...a lot of bots and noobs. I don't play on Steam but I think current issues may/may not improve over time depending on if they enable cross-play or not.

The real big issue is the trash MM, everyone who just started on the new steam version, can't reroll unless you make multiple steam accounts, once you start getting into S tier your faced againts lvl 100s with max badges, whereas I've gotten atleast 2 lvl 80s with only 2 badge slots, been playing for a few weeks, I just get one shotted every match, the only thing I can do is resort to playing one of the Luffy's where he's invincible while taking treasure since I can't do anything else lol, I'd have to swipe my card just to catch up with everyone else, I'm assuming mobile players have transferred their accounts they have had for years.

I understand what you mean but there's a reason why they're different leagues, if you can't handle that league then you can't (grind to get stronger, this game is a game of patience and dedication) and some of these people who are ahead of themselves in the game affect others who are able and are strong enough to handle such leagues (no offense)

Emulator ban is a big W obviously. Its hard playing against sweats with high fps in a game where reaction time matters alot. Also as a new player with lvl 80 units with 0 boosts and 140 supp its hard to compete on higher points of SS league( u basically do very little dmg, sometimes single digit) But he has got good points. The targeting and camera pan issues should be fixed by adding better controls. The steam community will increase more as time goes on too, keep that in mind.

Crossplay and uncapping FPS on mobile devices would be the ideal solution, but I can't pretend to know that that's something they could just easily implement. I am in favor of emulator getting banned, that was an objective advantage over regular mobile players, but we should also get the playerbase influx that crossplay would bring.

Bruh, banning emulator It's something that should have happened a long time ago, even before Steam. the emulator not only has the stupid advantage of not needing to stay at 30 fps, but also has the advantage of being connected to the internet via a cable, and not just using Wi-Fi, which makes it absurdly stable. Well been lurking for a bit, but I guess I ll comment this. As a new player (I used emu for a bit due to bandai servers connection with my phone, just lost yesterday 2 games essencially on it). But anyway. Bigger screem, more FPS, more precise movement (thanks to controller) that are objective advantages. Its W in my book that it stopped. Bandai first released steam, made sure its stable (at least to an extend) and then banned emu is Chad move in my books. They could hardly handle it better in my opinion. MM/Steam have its issue though, like they released the game on season 138? so all steam players were behind and with the big boys its unabalnced. It should improve though if more players swap.

What actually upsets me about the steam version is the matchmaking, when you are at S+ It becomes so challenging to rank back up to SS when they give you an outdated team of rookies against a full SS team with only tryhard meta units, basically the strong climbs up on the weak, S+ never catch a break, like at least mix and match members to balance out the power level, It's not fun at all for either parties.

I'm fine with no cross-play and emulator ban, but they gotta make matchmaking on steam better. I used to casually get into ss on mobile, but I've been stuck at s+ on steam ever since it launched. If I were to play 10 games on steam at least 8 of them would be "fearsome foe'" fights, and they'd throw me 1 or 2 pity matches where the enemies have like 50k power total.

Talk about how bad the update is. I’m running a 100 meg Internet system with may be only two or three devices running Simon simultaneously I’m playing on a galaxy A7 light with upgraded storage after the update every other battle gets disconnected due to service interruption even after I finish the game I get notification whether I win or lose that battle was disrupted by service and it’s considered a loss this is considered mobile. The targeting system doesn’t work at all which you’re only option is to click on the players profile picture to target them. However, it will literally target the opposite wall away from them and you’re standing there getting destroyed. I think I may be only have two ex players because I have a F2P account. And refused to put money into it because of all of the issues I did however start my own group, but because of all of the issues everyone has stopped logging on the game is pretty much unplayable unless you have the five or six newest players added the rest of the players can’t even compete no matter what metal set you put together and it seems like they’ve dwarfed the fifth gear Luffy used to be invincible while pulling flags but now he’s not I didn’t see that in any update. I’ve been playing this game for almost a year now by the end of the week it will be and I’m so disappointed.

I've been playing since 1.5 anni. I have hyperboost 96 right now. 1) I love the emulator ban. Using emulator gives you so much advantages, it's cheating. The high FPS makes it possible to perfect dodge everything. A good Rayleigh or Alber player is nearly unbeatable on PC. That's 1 of the reasons why youtubers like PNG could showcase older units and they still look pretty decent. When a normal player tries the same unit on mobile, they get crushed. Most top 5000 players aren't good at all. They just play on PC and have an unfair advantage (including hacking and auto-click). 2) I totally disagree with Soul on characters. Tana P lost touch with the community. Nobody ever asked for S-Snake, 3 EX Yamato or 3 broken Uta. He is a simp. And he always makes (unimportant) side characters super OP and long-lasting while most of the Strawhats can't stay in the meta for 2 months 😢

For me, they have always prioritized things that are basically useless in the long run, steam version, emulator bans, and room matches update can all be considered good (emulation getting ban was a sin), there is no point to some of these updates. Why not improve the mobile servers if you had enough money to make a steam version, why not buff units monthly if you see how hyped some people get at seeing their older ex get buffed, and biggest one for me, why don't they give out older bf in the bp exchange shop without paying for it ( like why do I have to pay 4$ a month to get 5 frags of green law daily). One piece bounty rush hasn't changed, it's stayed old while the fanbase grows up, they reallllly have to step their game up to keep people invested because it's the only game of this one piece market and it's failing to keep players interested in dead months.

Mah the emulators NEEDED a ban. I was getting cooked on mobile, i only made s playing on steam, but emulator players had such better fps and that edge mean a LOT in real time games like this. Glad they bamned that shit

Ban of emulators allowed faor gameplay between mobile and helped increase the playerbase in the steam version. Now its steam thats full of sweats. Especially the no lifers.

I haven't played on steam so i wont say the things you mentioned are wrong. Cuz idk. But the emulator ban is a huuuugggeeee w for bandai. Why put people on phones against people with a full screen monitor, controller/mouse and keyboard, crazy amount of fps and internet that is more likely to be more stable. There are to many benefits to being on pc/emulator. So yeah ban was a w and i would say no to crossolay between mobile and steam. All i want now is an ex enel, console release and crossplay between console and pc.

The steam version server is fucked, you get matched with bots all the time. If they're not planning on adding crossplay or fixing their damn servers, I'm pretty sure the steam version is gonna die in the next few months.

they honestly ruined the game with s-snake. Yes they created runners and attackers better to counter her. But defenders are becoming difficult make now. Its nice that Blue kaido is getting buffed,, but now snake, blue kaido, and maybe kaku if he gets above 80% of the treasure. Halloween uta I guess(pumpkin skill needs to be debuffed because its inane, but if not thats okay). Even s-bear skill to push charcters back to starting point doesn't do a thing to snake because of her "hold down skill button trait." They better buff Green Kaido skill 1, and Green Oden traits.
