Loving your MINI content! The red 'stitching' through the carbon looks amazing. I always thought those display steering wheels were a bit of a gimmick, but seeing it in action it looks proper useful. Having water/oil temps right there is great. Thanks for including that shot, nice work 👌

Thanks - Glad you've been enjoying it. Yes they can in some instances but we had a genuine reason for needing it (Track Use). We also then changed the shifter lights away from the normal Green / Yellow / Red so it was a bit less harsh! Those lights will also only activate past a certain RPM (So it's not constantly flashing away on a normal drive).

Best thing to do is have this wheel installed with a professional. It’s the sort of thing if you have to ask, it probably is better someone else undertakes the install.

Not a fan of the wheel unfortunately. I think mini’s suit a more minimalistic thin steering wheel but everyone’s different. One thing that bugs me is the touch sensitive panels are in the worst position and keep catching the base of my thumbs.

Fair enough! Personally we quite like the sportier larger grips, gives more confidence. The button control positions are a bit of a pain but larger grips help with that 😀
