I think my theory about alex is that, she was the first creation before the steve clones were created but it has gone wrong that instead of making a safe alex it created an Anomaly instead and nearly killed many of the staff, when they first contains her in a cage the cage broke and kills a few but manage to contains her into another but breaks free again and the massacre repeats itself so the facility locked her down in a metal room where she can't escape anymore edit: I guess I have predicted the event
