Hello, Harry here. It has been brilliant to see your results and videos from around the world. We would have loved to include everyone in the summary video but the number of participants is much larger these days. Keep an eye out for future events: we have big plans. On a final note, we have seen huge delays with the postal services since early December 2022 and are aware that there are some people who may still not have their JOG ON Mile wristbands. If you are UK based and this is still the case by January 10th 2023, please email [e-mail] and we will get it sorted. Go for that run. JOG ON Crew 🧡

Man some of these people are so fast. My mile pb is 7:11 and i'm 27. Most of the 60+ year olds here where faster than that.

Appreciate you watching. The mile is a strange distance, and can be improved significantly with training
