This artist is simply “ AMAZING”! So many piano players in the gospel music industry who are worthy of a standing ovation, so I don’t want to take away anything from them! But for me, Josh Singletary, in my opinion, has such a special way & spirit about him, that “ captures my attention “, & “ moves my heart” straight to the face of God! It mite be cause of his God given personality, & sense of humor, it’s easy to forget, that “ there’s so much more”, in this man of God, than his part with The Tribute Quartet, in singing, & playing piano for them. When Josh begins to lay his hands upon the keys of a piano, it’s like heavens gates open up, & the Lord presents a different taste of his love, & the people want it! I’m really not saying what I’m trying to express without it seeming like I’m laying it on “too thick” , seeking something for “ myself”. No , not at all! It’s just so extraordinary, to what God can do with any of us, who has the willing heart, & yet, continue to be, “ what God wants us to be”, FOR HIM, & all glory & praise IS HIS! Most of us aren’t expecting, the serious side of Josh, it’s unexpected. Most of us look forward to his “ natural way” of making us laugh or smile! 😁. Cause in todays world , it’s needed more than ever! But to see Josh take his place in front of the piano, for that delivery of a song, the surprise is on us, or should I say “ the blessing”, is on us, cause the Holy Spirit of God touches us from the tops of our heads to the tips of our toes, as Josh is moved aside, & God steps in, “ moving every heart”, straight to the cross! I’m very excited about the CD, “ GRAND”, & proud of Josh to show that side of him we normally don’t see or know about him. All I can say in a nut shell, is “ To God Be the Glory”!
