Hugs from 🇨🇦. Truly enjoy watching your videos. I'd love to take my daughter to tour/take a class in our studio one day. As much as the show producers forced drama on the show, I appreciated the look behind the scenes of dance competitions before I became a dance parent. It goes a bit against the grain but I prefer a stricter teaching method such as yours, if we lived in the states I would want my daughter in your studio. Take care & stay safe

Great video, I really enjoyed hearing about how you started out. I danced for years, like you, it was recitals, shows, entertaining seniors or kids parties. I started teaching very young as well, I loved it. I had what I thought was a great mentor , she taught me and I worked for her. I also worked teaching at a couple of recreation centres in the city. Right after I got married, and I have no idea why, she told me she no longer needed me. I would have worked for free teaching on Saturdays for her. I was so hurt. I taught for a few more years, then had my first child. Took a year off and moved out of the city and taught there in a studio for a couple of years. I admire the fact that you had a great mother who was a dance teacher and you kept at it. My mother was great, but my dad passed away when I was in my teens and eventually I lost my passion for teaching. Now that I am older there isn't a day goes by that I wish I had kept on with it. I love your ethics and enjoy hearing all about the great dancers you have taught. Keep up the great work and enjoy it as long as you can,
