I visited Tissier in 1979 with my CX Prestige... Fascinated with a CX six wheel camping car that they were developing from a CX high speed van they had built quiet a few of, as well are the 'porte voiture' car carrier. Came away with an electronic musical horn for the Prestige including the French National anthem La Marseillaise - plus an imitation police siren.

Very interesting find - from the quick glimpse of the cabin, the front seats look similar to those from the SM!

The fascinating M35 is enhanced by the fact this was a modified Ami 8 chassis with hydro-pneumatic suspension sphere instead of springs. Completely different location of spheres to GS / DS / SM / CX. Seems to have the rods that came from front and rear suspension arms. Horizonal shock absorbers and spring pods replaced by spheres... Could you make a hydro-pneumatic 2CV with this set up?

Why not, the normal Ami chassis is 99% the same as a 2CV chassis.
