Jose Mourinho, also known as the "Special One", is widely considered to be one of the greatest managers of all time and is one of the most decorated coaches in football history, having won 37 trophies in his career so far. He has won his titles across Europe, in different countries and leagues, proving himself as an excellent coach in Portugal, England, Italy, and Spain. But the "Special One" is despite the success he's had over the years being considered as a difficult personality to deal with by many players and pundits. On the other hand, many professionals like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Didier Drogba, John Terry, Harry Kane, or Cristiano Ronaldo praised his way of coaching and pushing his players to the maximum, saying they felt like Gladiators on the pitch while playing for him.
But who helped shape Mourinhos manager mindset and what is his approach to coaching a team to success?

Jose is a true Chelsea special one. If there is chance he should be brought to bring back that mentorlity of winning and fighters team. He is a true legend manager Chelsea has ever had.

You know what mate, i watched the video the part one maybe four or five time and i enjoyed every single minute, never get bored! And this part two was magnificent! I watched so many jose mourinho video but i never get the every detail like your project in the first part and this second part. Sometimes it's make me goosebumps when i whatch it, thank you man thank you very much 👏♥️ I think when jose mourinho himself whatch your project he will be happy, you should proud.
