I'm glad their skin is dark as well, but I have to correct you as it pertains to scripture. The Bible said that Jesus' hair was white like wool(this was after the Resurrection) it does not say that the texture is of wool. The texture is not mentioned...only the color. ❤

This is the problem with us as black people. We are so desprate for representation we don't care about how we are represented. He chosed pictures of BEAUTIFUL black women to portray a woman in the Bible called ugly. So the most beautiful black woman is ugly. This is crap. He could have chosen an ugly black woman but just the fact that she was black was enough for her to be LEAH the ugly one. And why couldn't he just choose an ugly white women. Don't be so desperate because choosing beautiful black women to portray an ugly woman is not a compliment.
@lidettenАй бұрын
And she is beautiful in these pictures. Mind you. I have never thought about skin colour when reading my Bible. I more think about nations, tribes and language. Fact is, I don't know if we can for certain say what their skin colour was, except that they most probably look a lot like the middle eastern people, Arabic/Jewish

@Ali-dr9ly the Bible is all about black people. It's black history. Europe is only mentioned once in old testament and it's not a nice mention. White people don't start to show up till AFTER Jesus died and went to Heaven. That's why for hundreds of years if you were caught with a Bible you were burned on a stake. Then they started drawing pictures of whites to portray them as being in the Bible......but they just weren't

It’s amazing when characters are portrayed with "hair like wool" and "feet like bronze"-feels so authentic!

That isn’t what the Bible says . It is talking about the Ancient of Days , God Almighty. It says his hair was white like wool and his feet was like burnished bronze in a fire . White in color not in r texture not the people even though many were people of color .
@teefashion9352Ай бұрын
False. God is literally the LAMB! And the lamb's hair is what? WOOL. God does not mince words. He is THE WORD and every word He uses is with purpose. He meant what He said. Hair white like wool because it was the texture, not the color. He didn't say, white like corn silk. He is the Lamb! Remember that.
