The interesting thing about Uthman is that he was rejected by the same people who used to sing poems about their love for him. His story teaches us to not depend on people's acceptance or praise and continue on the path of god. And as you mentioned "Indeed Allah does not allow the deeds of those who do good go to waste"

Watching from Zambia 🇿🇲. In secondary school we have a Islamic class and alhamdulilah through those classes I was told the stories of the suhabbah and I would fall in love with their stories and I would cry when the part of their death would start. Although we have never met them our hearts still feel hurt or sad or even great love for them, it is like we knew them all our lives. Allah has put love for the suhabbah in our hearts 💕

Yes I guessed it right, Sayyidina Uthman possessor of two lights, it's one of my favorite halaqahs from Dr Omar Suleiman and it's so underrated. I love his story, he was a misunderstood gentle soul and I never knew much about his story before this.
