wonderful meditation. thank you. so resonating with the way you are speaking. the story made more sense with the meditation... many of the ancient stories are hard to relate to entirely or seem silly/strange, but this exercise gives it roots. Beautiful. Thank you.

Rinpoche's book, Wonders Of The Natural Mind, has helped me enormously to deepen the practice of Dzogchen. Both, the Invocation of Nangzher Lodpo and the instructions of Tapihritsa that are collected in chapter 4, are very illuminating.

I love too hear this story, today the simplicity of Taphrista vs the yogis getting caught up in accomplishments, the Kings his riches. I want to fully manifest but lately many bumps in the road so I would claim Resilience as my strength. Seems like I need to stabilize my practice to digest better but I want that more than any material thing

Hi Thank you for teaching these meditation practices Silence Stillness Spaciousness I recently with your videos have been practicing this style meditation it has benefited me enormously , I feel the mediations deeply and carry them outside the mediation practice to my life more and more ....although living in crazy London can be challenging....these teachings are great for crazy cities....when you say hear the silence under the noise arounds you really can hear it in between the sirens and noise there is silence & stillness there is deep stillness around us and its great to see that/feel that in the frantic business hectic life that we live Spaciousness is like you say all around us...certainly many people tell me I have an empty head.....lol The story I liked however when the young man went to see the teacher in the mountains and said how he practices thinks,the teacher then threatens him with the punishment from the king, the young man (sorry don't recall his name ) then rises up into into a rainbow and the older Guru prostrates himself as he realises he is in the prescence of a master or special person. I love the story but I wonder what really happened to make the older guru realise the youngster was extraordinary In Many stories about great spiritual masters over time these masters allways take on almost miraculous powers or super human characteristics. Im sure whilst they may very well have been capable of these things and were spiritual masters enlightened beings, Im sure it was something else the young man did which made the older teacher see, What did he really do? Im not saying I don't believe the rainbow story but perhaps he did something else as well as this that made the teacher in no doubt. he was enlightened a guru, extraordinary maybe he did some unusual new practices with the teacher perhaps something as you teach but was new at the time, he must have shown something special, thanks for all your videos-do you visit London
