Carl Jung's theory on shadow self and archetypes is monumental since we all have it. When growing up we are forced to comply to our environment and parts of our self is repressed, without a proper outlet for expression. Huge majority wont even know this and unfortunately live stifled lives. We have a long way to go in terms of mental health.
