Lovely video ❤ I really like them as a couple. You could tell that Valerian genuinely cared about a woman for the first time. And Laureline pretending like she doesn't have feelings for him was quite enjoyable. They make a very sweet couple 😍

Terrible lack of dynamic. Still a better love story than Twilight? Not so sure. They literally loved each other for no reason. "We should get married." Dumb. Very. Atrocious dialogue. Delavigne can't act. The plot is very hair thin, despite all the interesting scifi concepts all over the place. Though that was part of the problem: it interjected a lot to what could've been a thicker plot, though with those two main characters...? Nah.

Ryan Ocerus Can you fucking not ?! Just because Cara is a famous model and actress doesn't mean that she is a fame digger. There are several videos on the internet of her walking around the city covering her face because she doesn't want to get filmed. Pretty much every celebrity does that. It's not comfortable when a whole bunch of papparazzies are suddenly taking pictures of you.. And Valerian is the movie's name wyd (except if you're talking about the guy named Valerian in the movie itself).

I'm not calling her a fame digger. She just has unfounded fame as an actress. It's like when movie studios push singers into movies. Idk, like Rihanna. Heh. Just because a few singers turned actors, doesn't mean all of them can do it. Just like models.

Um, at this point in time, they have been partners for years. It is apparent through their dialogue that they have been flirting with each other for some time and the attraction is on both sides. They've spent a long time getting to know each other; we the audience just didn't witness it. The dynamic is this: Valerian is a player and Laureline knows it, which is why she won't date him. In an attempt to prove that he is serious about her, Valerian proposes marriage to Laureline. I used to think that Cara couldn't act until I realized that her performance is subtle. I think that we as an audience are so used to hams that we don't appreciate natural performances anymore.
