How did null defeat the vill r? Vill R is one with the code so killing him destroys the code, and Minecraft with it.

True, but null is in every dimension of every world, while vill r is only in that dimension and when the null attacks, that world is completely destroyed, like you can't re-enter it again. So yes, by null killing vill r he also kills of that world but that does prevent vill r from being one with the code in every world. Does that make sence?
