From a psychological perspective, what you went through and felt is absolutely normal in the given circumstances however, the fact that you were able to hold yourself together and gather positive energies from those around you is so amazing. It's so easy to give in to the negativity in our life but to stand up to it and fight it is truly inspiring. Your experiences have made you a stronger person, a better version of yourself so, thank you for sharing your story to those of us out here who need that inspiration to fight our battles.
